Do you come to my home?
Yes — that’s the entire point of Pure Fix Mobile IV. We come to you, wherever you are. Home, office, hotel, or any location you’re comfortable in across Columbia and Central Missouri. You don’t need to drive anywhere or sit in a waiting room. We show up, set up, and take care of you in your own space.

How long does an IV session take?
It depends on the treatment. Vitamin injections are the quickest — typically 10–15 minutes. Standard IV drips (hydration, immune boost, energy & recovery, etc.) take approximately 45–60 minutes. NAD+ therapy sessions are longer — typically 2–4 hours depending on dosage — and are administered slowly for your comfort and safety.
Is it safe? Are you licensed?

Every treatment is performed by your provider Reams Wilkerson, RN — a fully licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and professional training in IV therapy and infusion administration. Pure Fix Mobile IV is fully insured. You are in the hands of a qualified, experienced healthcare professional.
How much does mobile IV therapy cost?

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my session?
Not much. We recommend eating a light meal before your session, drinking some water beforehand, and having a comfortable spot ready where you’d like to receive your IV — couch, bed, recliner, wherever works for you. Be ready to share a brief health history with your provider before she begins. That’s it. your provider takes care of the rest.
What’s the difference between IV therapy and a vitamin injection?
