Laura Wilkerson, RN has spent her nursing career in clinical settings, caring for patients at some of their most vulnerable moments. She knows what it means to be sick. She knows what it means to need help. And she spent years watching people struggle to access care that should have been simple to get.

That’s what led her to start Pure Fix Mobile IV.

Laura saw a gap — people needed professional IV therapy, vitamin support, and wellness care, but the traditional healthcare system made it harder than it had to be. Long waits. Impersonal service. Clinic hours that didn’t fit real life.

So she brought the care to the people.

Today, Laura personally provides every IV therapy session and injection for Pure Fix Mobile IV clients across Columbia, Missouri and Central Missouri. Every visit. Every time. That’s not something a franchise clinic can offer you — but Laura can.
